Jan. 1 Gator (Jacksonville): Michigan (Big Ten No. 5) vs. Ole Miss (SEC No. 6)

I could see this, but Ole Miss has to prove something first.

If Ole Miss loses to Vandy, they very well could be 2-5 after 7 games with this schedule:

at Vandy
vs. SEMO
at Texas
at Alabama
at Auburn
vs. Texas A$m
vs. LSU

Hugh is the real deal. They will finish with a better record than A&M.

Regardless of JFF. They are the most overrated team in CFB this year, which I'm sure the Seminoles are very happy to hear.

How would LSU finish SEC #1 but Bama finish BCS #1?

in bowl speak, SEC #1 means, the Sugar Bowl gets first pick from SEC teams available in the SEC pool of teams.
