How would you rank all of the expected QBs on the roster next year?

Forget any past experience with the old regime. Strictly going forward with the new offense, who will start, 2nd, third etc.

I'll try:

Etling, Scott, Harris, McMillan, Brennan*, Lewis, Narcisse*, Sheyed, LaForge,

I think Scott will surprise some people. Brennan and/or Narcisse may redshirt.

McMillan added with edit.

You listed walk ons and guys that haven't even signed, but not scholarship QBs currently on the roster?

Media folks at practice have raved about him. It's something.

Etling should start next year no question. I don't care about the rest.

He only missed Mcmillan. And he is pretty good.

First, you omitted McMillan.

Second, nobody has seen anyone other than Etling or Harris play any significant snaps (McMillan has played a few in garbage time) or even practice much, so this is a stupid exercise.

Scott looks very good. Etling will win the QB competition, but I hope Scott gets lots of snaps.

For me there's Lindsey Scott and then everybody else. I'm basing that strictly on what I've read around here. He's become something of a folk hero round these parts.

Can he actually play? Who knows. Does it even matter? Not really. We have decided that he is awesome and so he is.

I agree with ur first 3....Scott will surprise when*, given the chance. I graduated from zachary in 80s and he is one of the best HS QBS I've seen. Gator aide Player of year.

Scott was a quick decision maker in high school and he always seemed to make the right decision. This is a big advantage.

If he has the pocket presence and delivery of Etling combined with the arm strength of Harris, he's a keeper.

To be honest I guarantee 2 may transfer out I don't see LSU holding all these qbs. Especially when some of them can walk on to several NCAA teams and start
