How will the fans react when Fournette is brought on slowly?

I see just about everyone on this site anointing LF as the best RB ever in a tiger uniform and maybe even the GOAT in college football. Although I think very highly of LF and think he will end up being a great college RB, how will the fans who think he will get 25 carries against Wisconsin react when he is brought on slowly and likely not become a starter all year or at least to the very end of the year?

Mild while winning. Drop a game he has single digit carries and many people will be banned. Saw it with Justin Vincent/Alley Broussard over Keiland Williams.

Well it helped cost us the auburn game. We kept running into long yardage situations

I hope Terrance Magee has a monster year and Fournette is brought in as change of pace back. 10 touches a game tops.

Fournette playing significant snaps is completely up to his ability to block. Les Miles has always started backs that he can keep in there on 3rd and long to protect the QB. The Auburn game in 2012 for Jeremy Hill stands out to me as pretty much every 3rd and long he rolled out Hill with a lot of trust to protect the QB. After that point is when Hill started to get the bulk of the carries.

Pretty much.
If he doesn't get at least 15 carries in the first game and it ends up being a close one, this place is going to go ape shite questioning why Miles let the greatest running back ever sit on the bench too much.
