How Will Aranda's Personality Be Received by the Common Ranter?

Many rantards believe that the most important trait of any coach is to yell and scream, and be demonstrative on the sideline. According to The Advocate's article, Aranda is a communicator and a thinker — not a yeller and a screamer.

Probably have more to do with how the defense plays the next few years.

This is actually a decent question considering the amount of threads from people mad that our coaches weren't woody hayes'ing on the sidelines

Well he is probably the most technical coach we have on staff, so he will be perceived as such. with the likelyhood of us having an elite defense again, people will be fine with that style

If he wins, no one will care what his demeanor is. Remember when Pellini basically told all of us to frick off after giving up a ton of yards in the UT and FSU games in 05? Once he got the kinks worked out and we started dominating again, no one cared that he was a raging jackass.

If the defense struggles, this will absolutely be used as ammo.

He's very even keel. Doesn't lose his shite if someone makes a mistake, doesn't go crazy if someone does something good. Reacts the same to it all. Very steady. And I love that.

We've got enough firepower on the sideline with Coach O, I think we will be OK

I'm fine with it. He seems to be a great teacher. If someone needs a good chastising then Orgeron will be there for that

I kinda like what I see in his personality. He's got a bit of that thing where even if you disagree with what he's saying, you still listen cause he's so confident. Yelling doesn't equal confidence.

This appears to be ANOTHER thread where these supposedly positive tiger fans seem annoyed that everyone isn't pissed about this hire.

Just strange shite I tell ya

Lol.

Another misinformed overreach by a pumper.

Have you seen Aranda's Mic'ed Up video on YouTube? He's plenty animated enough, I assure you.

Is Nick Saban yelling and screaming every minute of the day?

No, but I'd a helluva lot rather a coach get on a player's arse for a dumb special teams' mistake rather than laugh with them and pat them on the shoulder after their umpteenth shanked punt.

But hey, this is the typical misinformed bullshite thread that the Village Idiots jump all over thinking they have a point when they don't.

Or how about maybe he's an intense thinker coach who doesn't have to yell or scream to get his point across?

I've met people that could look at you a certain way and you knew you fricked up. Didn't have to yell at all. I don't thinks he's gonna be out there slapping them on the arse and smiling if they screw up out there.

Ah, the first Rantard has arrived. I know it will pain you when he doesn't chew out some player's arse who makes a mistake.

I don't know who's worse: the negatigers or the ones who constantly bitch about the negatigers.
