Most people would agree with me that Alabama is probably the main obstacle between LSU and an unbeaten season.

With two such equally matched teams, the home field advantage should be a big help to Alabama?

Is there any way TAF can get some interns to get working overtime on websites like stub hub to collect as many tickets to make them available for LSU fans for the game. I am sure Louisiana fans would pay premium to help the team out for such a big game.

I think getting an extra 5 to 10 thousand LSU fans on top of the the usual traveling contingent would do wonders to negating Bama's home field advantage.

why not? serious question.

The Dallas mavericks pointed out that their fans scattered through the MIami arena helped them big time in game 6 to overcome the deficit and win the title. It did not feel like an away game for them.

Sounds ok, but won't help the problem of the screwing we will probably receive from the officials.

You really think you're going to be able to find 5-10,000 extra tickets to this game?

And that's just the first thing I felt like throwing out there.

Do you know how much those are going to cost on stub hub?

I will buy this argument. Maybe even 500 to a thousand tickets would help.

What are your other reasons?

The tickets would cost a crapload but ...

You don't think there are LSU people who would buy them if available?

I think the fans who sent 92,000 to their spring game are a little bit different than Miami Heat fans

Don't let TAF steal your thunder. Once you get your hands on the 5-10K tickets just put them on ticket exchange to be purchased. At this point we will be ready to take over the stadium on gameday. Maybe the fans could storm the ticket workers and make them open the gates early, that will show them! Be sure to let us know when the tickets get listed on the Exchange.

You seriously think LSU would buy scalped tickets?

Damn. Tough crowd. Although a difficult prospect, I think getting Louisiana people in that stadium some way, somehow will be key.

I am not worried about the home field advantage. LSU can handle any hostile environment. My worry is the influence Alabama has with in SEC headquarters and with the SEC officials.

Let's negate the fact that Florida is a pretty big obstacle.
