If we come out and our offense looks ridiculously sharp and efficient? So many are bashing LSU for firing a coach with Miles' record. The only thing i want them to be abke to say after Saturday is "Oh...."

How stupid will ranters look if LSU comes out and it is more of the same.

They always look stupid, so it will be nothing new.

How much difference do you expect the offense to look in just a few days?

I think some people are expecting us to come out looking like Houston's offense and they will be highly disappointed when it doesn't.

We have a very very irrational and emotional fan base.

The guy calling the plays is the same guy who has been coaching our Tight Ends for the past 6 years. It would not surprise me if the offense is more of the same.

Why would that make the rant look stupid? It was clear it was time to fire him

He might use the Tight Ends more.

Maybe he watched SEC now last night and McElroy showed him a few ways to improve the offense. Basically said RPO (run pass option).

The guy in the Big Chair now is the same guy who has been coaching DL all along. No chance that he will change anything with Miles gone......oh, wait!

I love Les and will not bash him. He is gone. But, to assume that ANY assistant coach was not doing things in accordance with the head man's ideology is kinda silly.

WILL there be changes on offense?

Is there reason to BELIEVE there will be? Hell, yes

It was a good segment. Can run the same damn plays....just move guys out of the box and throw short passes if the D does not adjust to the personnel.

Is that so unexpected?

Let us have these few days and lets see what we see

I don't think Bebe fires Cam if everyone is of the same offensive mind, and think we just didn't execute.

Said the same thing. Rome wasn't built in the day. Unfortunately we can only add to the already laid foundation 4 weeks into the season.

Hopefully the intensity and mental focus results in less penalties that put is in shiteshow situations every other drive and and in increase in play action passes so the defense literally doesn't know what's coming every play.

As soon as we get to where the defense doesn't know exactly what we are doing... well you already know.

They just want something to talk about. Another team will have an issue or another firing will take place and the whining about LSU will go away.

Actually, this is a win win. If we look good, great. If we look bad, we have a great excuse. There will be some in the national media who will talk their shite, but the reality of the situation is that we're a 2-2 team with an interim HC coming in. I think most people nationally expect us to have a bad year.

As far as the delusional ranters go, who cares.

Not at all. If it looks the same, then that basically means we could get the same production for $3.2 million less.

Well, "fan" is short for "fanatic," so that's not all that surprising.
