Just asking a couple questions? And yea he's 63 Saban is 65 do you think he'd have trouble getting a job if he left bama today? Just wondering how a top 5 college coach the greatest coach in LSU history is having trouble finding a job.

Its like you dont understand the difference between most successful coach and greatest coach. Never in the history of my posting have i ever said miles is the best lsu coach ever.
Ive only said his tenure is the best.there is a difference and you know it

I said probably and if you watched that game you'd know it was tough running against them especially at first. Lees ability to back their safeties off in the first half allowed us to keep drives alive and eventually wear them down in the 4th quarter so yea Lee was very important to that win and almost all of his yards came in the first 3 quarters.

The D was great, but 2011 is top 5 all time in passing and rushing TDs.
Miles has the top 4 actually.

I did watch the game. I bought the all 22 film. We didnt win that game because of lee. If JJ had that stats line you would be destroying him. It just further proves your hypocrisy.

You should know by now that facts about miles that dont paint him as a shite coach are dismissed as irrelevant.

Ok you don't wanna answer I get it. You did trash me all spring when I agreed with Athlon sports that Miles was the 24th best coach in college football you said he was top 5. But I totally understand if you don't want to answer why a top 5 college coach wasn't tapped by Texas or Oregon to take those jobs or Houston USF or anybody els for those jobs.

Just like JJ was very important in beating bama. You do realize that single season averages favor JJ when comparing the 2 qbs, right? As much as you love to tout Lee in the passing game, JJ has better career completion % (we have been over this and its not 67.8 its 68.7), better career qb rating, more yards per game.

I posted sporting news article saying miles was 4th.
I have alwasy said imo he is at best top 15 in cfb. At no time have i ever said miles is a top 5 coach.

Maybe one day you realize the difference between stating facts and defending someone.
Im sorry that there are facts that prove your opinion is wrong. Deal with it.
You keep making thes false assumptions and take a fact I post and turn it into something.

I post that miles is the most successful coach in lsu history and you tunr it into me saying miles is a top 5 coach in cfb and is a better coach than Saban.

Better ypg because lee had to come in and save him about 7-10 times what about yards per start? Lee made and NFL roster there's no debate who's better Lees numbers as a starter are better. Jj threw for 1 first down in that bama game lmfao.

What opinion have I posted? None I asked you some questions that you refuse to answer. Your cookie cutter insults are making you look desperate and dumb. And you've resorted to lying about saying he was a top 5 coach. But it's ok I know the truth and I'm satisfied post whatever you want. Lol

I don't think his 2012-15 record supports top 5 any more, but I'm pretty sure his age dims the allure also.

He's 63 Sabans 65 age isn't the reason that I can promise you.

So id really love for you to explain the math you used to come up with hiw miles inherited some great ferrari type program. We had 1 top 5 finish in over 2 decades.
But hey dont let facts get in the way of you posting ignorant shite.

Hmmm..well let's see

LSU just won a national championship in 2003, had the number 1 recruiting class in 2003 and the number 2 recruiting class in 2004. I think it was pretty obvious LSU was easily a top 5 program at the time Miles was hired.

Holy shite. We had all of 2 top 15 finishes in the last 7 years and 1 top 5 finish in over 2 decades and that makes us a top 5 program? My fricking God.

2000-4 losses
2001-3 losses
2002- 5 losses
2003- 1 loss
2004-3 losses

In no way is that a top 5 program.

Its like some you dont remember Sabans tenure.

He doesn't understand process or what building a program consists of. He's young he doesn't understand what the transition was like or how hard it was. And he will never give any coach not named Miles credit for anything.
