It's going to be a race between Vanderbilt, LSU, and Ole Miss this year.

Arkansas, Mississippi St., and Kentucky close behind.

It's amazing how far Florida has fallen.

O.K., I'll say it......

One more than the second place team.

I'm sorry, I just had to do it.

This next weekend will tell whether State is a contender or pretender. They have played about the weakest OOC schedule and have soaked up wins but very little RPI points.

It's still not true though. Could have the same record as the second place team but hold the tiebreaker.

Not really. Teams develop and change for the good and the bad throughout the SEC schedule. It's like a whole different season.

Last year we lost 2/3 at Auburn (I think the 2nd SEC series) and we ended up winning the whole conference.

The rant was funny though when that happened. Everyone was ready to fire the whole staff.

And that one win didn't even feel like a win. What a terrible series.

Then we swept Arky and got 2/3 from Florida

Maybe two of the best examples of how that team overachieved IMO.
