A salesman from Lafayette was just in my office. He said a ULL buddy of his told him there were only 660 tickets available for Cajun fans.

That's what I've heard too. Around 600 have to be made available for the SR.

I'd guess that another 300-400 get tickets, so around 900 in the OP sounds about right.

Im going to say around 900-1000 is probably a good guess. They will sell their 600 or so allowed tickets without a problem and will likely pick up a couple hundred more on the secondary market.

True and four of them were ours. Instead I'll get standing room only.

The USL football stadium has a large section of grass in the stadium at the end above each endzone. When I went back to Lafayette for Christmas one year my sister said that they had such large crowds they were putting bleachers there. By that picture, perhaps every game will not need those seats.

They did, last year. They filled in one of the endzones with bleachers, increasing cap[acity to I believe 36,000. Believe it or not, they have a master plan to be at over 60,000 within a new years. Is that like

I guess that would be over your head to realize why they want to add more seating to the stadium. No way would it have anything to do with trying to align themselves with moving to a better conference once all the renovations in sports facilities are completed. Filled or not the current stadium condition was not very appealing to C-usa or other conferences.
