I hear about the defense, but I watched the Miami game and a few others and it looks meh. So far I have seen nothing from them that makes me worry about this game, especially in TS. What say you?

We will lose if we dont come to play. With that said I dont see them holding us under 30. They might go man to man on us then it'll be the ODB and Landry show.

We are polar opposites of each other.

Unfortunalely they are good enough to score 30 and hold us to under that so I hope we win the turnover battle. Winning on special teams will be key.

The OL is going to have to step up. They were man handled at times on Saturday in the first half. FLA DL will come to play.

I feel like if Chavis uses the blitz, we get Murphy shook, and not to mention it will be loud in TS anyway. I think our DB's are good enough to hang with the UF wideouts. It will be interesting I'm sure.

they have a good run-stop defense.

I think they will be the toughest defense we will have faced thus far. However, if we can can have a solid running game I see us winning by double digits.

While the new QB seems to have breathed new life into their offense, I don't see Florida having enough gas in the tank to win a shoot out.

From what little I've seen, their offense has improved a bit after losing their starting QB a couple games ago.
Addition by subtraction, maybe- less pressure to succeed, more focus on little things. The guy looks raw but athletic.

Against our defense, it might be a good idea to check our opponents' schedule and find their highest scoring output, and expect them to match that against us. For Florida, I think that might be around 34 or so. I hope we can exceed that ourselves.

I see a three td win. Similar to 2011 game.

While the new QB is better than Driskel (almost by default), this will be his first test in a hostile environment. That will play a huge factor. I doubt that his lone road start vs Kentucky will even be in the same stratosphere as this one in terms of pressure and raucousness. If we can rattle him early on, I think we roll.

I'm a bit concerned that if we flush him out of the pocket, he will have a career rushing day. The rumors of Florida's death may have been a bit premature. Living in Florida, I NEEEED the Tigahs to win, but winning big would make my life so much easier for the next year.

We got this, although many will recall 10 years ago Lil Nickie preaching to the choir about not overlooking a 3-3 UF team in TS and all know how turned out
This will not happen, LSU by 14!

They're dominant on the line of scrimmage, especially defensively. They have the men to win. Hopefully our receivers are good to go.

The Miami game Gators are not these Gators (offensively). The dominant defense (besides one busted play) is pretty much the same.

Our offense isn't amazing now, but it is much improved with Murphy under center.

Their Run D is solid. Should keep us pedestrian on the ground. Mett should be able to sustain drives most of the time. Our red-zone percentage has been outstanding this year so far. We need that to continue.

Their offense is bad, but the new QB is an upgrade for them. Should be a shootout for 3 qtrs. LSU pulls away in the end.
