The video that opened with the LSU player ringing the Memorial Tower with a sledge hammer... CHILLS!
And the new starting lineup video that pans through the team silhouettes is
Wow, lovin' the new production quality.
Also, the new screens were awesome. Looked much bigger in person.

The video was so large on the screens that you couldn't even see the score, time remaining, down and distance...

Kenny Hilliard sledgehammering the bell was incredible. I was speechless

Yeah, it made it feel like we were just playing for fun. No scorekeeping.

They looked so damn good. Whoever controls the media system still has some shite to work out but the potential is great

Ah, I couldn't catch who it was. That's awesome!
Man, I still get chills thinking about it. It was also really cool how the purple energy or whatever struck the ground and the first Tiger Stadium grew out of it.
Anyone got any links to these videos? I'm sure LSUSportsNet will post it eventually, but I can't find it.
ETA: Also, it seems like LSU had a custom written song for that bell tower video. Every effect and transition perfectly timed with the music. So well done.

Intros would be great if Dan would wait until the video starts for each player before beginning his announcement.

Best I've ever seen!! The only word I could form during it was just sick.

The calling Baton Rouge video was new too if I'm not mistaken.
'Twas glorious.

i loved the one that started out with highlights from last year, and then all of a sudden it starts up with wisconsin game highlights. reminded me of a vid they showed before the 2011 arkansas game that updated that seasons intro with clips from the bama game like reids pick and fords run.

Who narriated the one without music?

Why does Leslie insist on bringing the team out before the intro video finishes playing
Posted on 9/7/14 at 2:42 am to lesgeaux
Les doesn't do that on his own. There's a guy right by the tunnel entrance with a headset getting directions from a producer. Les turns them loose when that guy tells him it's time.

Is it possible for someone to post the videos for those of us who couldn't make it? TIA

They need to put that one on youtube.
Really, the whole opening experience was awesome. Imagine how much cooler it would've been if we were opening against a real opponent.

I think he does. It happens at every game, even at neutral sites. He did the same thing last weekend in Houston. It's not a big deal but it is annoying.
