In my opinion I think that Kenny is our best all around back we have in terms of size, speed, elusiveness, power, and vision. On Nov 5 he only ran like 2 times for 2 yards, but that was when we had him playing mostly FB. But since we put him at mainly RB he's been lightin it up (i.e. vs Ark and Georgia). To me he has the speed to get around the corner on bama's D but also the strength to take on their big LBs as well. What'd yall think?

I think (and hope) that he can be a major contributor in the NCG.

Spencer Ware will redeem himself as our best back IMO

i like him blocking for Ford on those option plays. I'd also like to see someone blocking for him on those option plays.

I think that the faster RBs will have an advantage given what we saw on Nov 5th. But I think later in the game Hilliard will have some key plays. He's been one of the biggest surprises of the season for lsu.

I too hope he is a major contributor. If he is, then we are able to run the ball between the tackles. If thats the case, then LSU dominates the game.

My guess is that he won't be a big factor. LSU is going to have to use their speed to get to the corners. My guess, Ford has a much bigger game.

IF you stop KH for 2 yards on 2 carries then his next carry is likely to be 15 yards.

It's so hard to predict who will have a big day with the hot hand approach we take to the running game. I do think hilliard will get the most looks inside the tackles, and if that's effective, we'll see Ford get his share of chances to bust one out on the edge.

If he's got fresh legs and is running better I so no reason why he shouldn't play. RB's are not like QBs, dipshit. You can rotate at will... kinda like we do.

I have been pleasantly surprised by Hilliard's acceleration to the hole and his speed at the edge. He isn't a burner like Ford, to be sure, but I think he can effectively bounce runs outside and turn the corner on toss plays.

This. I never thought I'd say this, but I think toss sweeps will work well.

Very effective. When the game is over, everyone will be talking about him instead of Richardson.

So you're saying Miles never favors a back in the game we are playing in? Serious question

A fresh Hilliard in the 2nd half will be very effective.

I have a feeling he will come up big in the second half after Bamas been worn down. Thats where those big bruising runs allow him to get to the second level

Did he even get a carry in the first Ala game?

Hilliard is unique in that he can run up the gut and the speed option as well. The element of surprise here is key in getting our run game going.
