How early can you enter Alex Box before the game?

Taking my 10 year old nephew to tomorrow nights game vs. Florida. He was asking if we can go in and watch batting practice. Is the stadium open to the public early enough to see batting practice??

I doubt it, javi doesn't want his secrets getting out to the public.

Bilj not withstanding you should be able to get inside to watch BP. Hope you and your nephew enjoy the Alex Box experience.

Thanks, we've been a couple of times before but, I'm off for a couple of days and we'll actually get to head down early tomorrow. Most of the time we don't get there until right when the game starts.

I think the players sign stuff before the game near the dugout. Bring a ball or something else to get signed and a pen...

I wa there two hours before a game last week. Gates open 2 hours before game time like most have said, however I think the visiting team is taking BO by that time.

I get there about an hour and a half early for every game, and I don't think I've ever seen our BP

LSU probably starts BP at 3:50 for a 6:00 game.

3:50 Home team BP
4:30 Visiting team BP
5:10 Clean up field
5:20 Home team infield/outfield
5:30 Visiting team infield/outfield
5:40 Field Prep
5:55 Honorary first pitch and introductions
6:00 First pitch

Add 6 or 7 minutes if it is a tv game.

**All times are guesses, but should be close

C'mon BilJ, it's not like his 10 yo nephew will start hitting lots of pop ups in little league if he watches Javi instructing our hitters.

Wasn't really trying to be subtle.
