How long do y'all think it'll be before he breaks through to an mlb roster?

Will he ever start?

How many homers per year if so?

I honestly think he isn't as guaranteed as some people make him out to be

He's got MLB bat speed. Not sure he'll ever be a consistent home run hitter though. He will be an average hitter. His fielding and arm are 100% MLB worthy though.

I see a good career at 2B.

I really don't know how/if/or college power translates.

What makes you say that?

I'm not saying you're wrong but I need some solid reasoning in order to not assume you're just being difficult for the sake of being different

Yup. He's got starting 2b written all over him. Obviously it's not that easy to make it to the show though

So .275 10-15 hrs in a full season?

If so I could deal with that

Yeah I guess

I meant an MLB cleanup kind of hitter.

Which isn't normal for a 2B anyway. He hits just fine for pro ball.

More than likely will end up at 2nd but will get a long look at SS. I see around .295 hitter 10 to 15 HR, 80 RBI and around 20 SB. Will have a long solid career IMO. MLB talent is off the cart good!

Yea I don't think he'll ever be a prototypical power hitter crushing 40-50 hrs in a year but from what I can see I think he has plenty of pop for a 2b. Averages around 15 a year maybe touches 25 one good year.

The kids gonna be a good ballplayer for whatever club ends up with him. Great range above average arm and speed. Great contact and above average power with a great work ethic. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't end up a starter pretty quickly.

We're gonna miss him

he won't be a low average but high HR type guy, he will guy a guy who has a good average and will occasionally hit a HR.

also with Bregs defense in the middle infield, the hitting is a huge plus, but he could hit .250 or lower and still be an every day starter one day.

It's hard to project where a guy ends up even if he is picked in the first round. Baseball is a very difficult sport to get to the highest level and start.

bregs is far from the end of his development, he could develop into a big power hitter in his career, he is a great hitter could very easily develop into a power hitter if he decides to focus on this.

Well you've proven time and time again to be an idiot, so that doesn't surprise anyone.

Dustin Pedroia has a .299 career average and hits on average 15 HR's a year. I think Bregman has more power. Not Cano power though.

He needs to be a line drive hitter , and there is no guarantee he will make it.
