They flew, the rallypossum was the co-pilot according to Alex Lange's Twitter feed.

Probably plane if I had to guess. Last year when they traveled to Fayetteville they flew, so I would imagine they would do the same traveling to South Bend.

Plane, they practiced there today. I'm assuming that they'll also fly directly to Knoxville on Thursday for the Tennessee series, especially since finals are over.

Plane. We fly pretty much everywhere. LSU athletics is loaded so money isn't an issue for the flights.

It's 973 miles to South Bend. They went by stagecoach.

They actually bus to a lot of the games so they don't have the stupid curfew rule on Sunday's.

The curfew rule is only in place for teams that are flying commercial and have a flight to catch. LSU baseball flies charter when they do fly.

That's right, I remember this coming up last year at UGA. The last game on Sunday was rained out, but we had no travel curfew due to flying charter. The only time restriction was a mandated start time by the SEC.

Elite Airways from BTR to South Bend. It's a medium sized regional jet, not unlike the type you fly to Atlanta or Dallas.

It's only a thousand miles, so I am sure bus was an option. The kids could study for finals on the 15 hour ride.

ETA: i forgot the additional 15 hours of study time on the bus ride home. A total of 30 hours on the bus, almost a work week.
