I am a direct tv customer and I will be able to use wifi. I will be flying out of the country that day around 5:30 so I'm screwed on watching it on the tube! I will record the game, but it would be much better to watch live.

Justin TV has an app that i have watched on my iphone before

Also i have a slingbox on my Dish account and it works very well and you can control your home TV and watch it live and pause, etc.

Put it behind your TV set and pretend.

Yep, had to watch the Arkansas game on mine last year due to being on the road. Justin.TV app worked very well.

OKAY look search for the "jtv app" on your iphone. download and install. it may cost 5 dollars but trust me its worth it.

once you have it running. i show all lsu games @ justin.tv/lsucast

if you need to search the directory just search "LSU" come game time and it will be the only live stream showing.

also i do all saints games @ justin.tv/saintscast.

do you have to be connected over wifi or can you view it connected 3G? Would the connection be fast enough?

No satellite TV on the plane while over US airspace? If wifi is on the plane try the ESPN app if your cable provider paid off ESPN.

I'm going out of the country on that same day. I've got my slingbox ready to go and just bought the Sling App for my iPad so I could have a nice big screen. I checked with my hotel and they have free wifi, so come 2 am Switzerland time, I'll be sitting on my balcony overlooking Lake Geneva, drinking a European type beer and watching the Tigers.

I'll be over in Czech Republic but I'm not counting on being able to watch the game at all.

I'll be just north of you in Munich next Monday. A couple years ago I went to Zurich. I knew it would be expensive but I still had sticker shock even for simple things like a cup of coffee or a .5L of beer. I was so glad to get back to the German side of the border.
