So I have a buddy that is a huge Packers fan and goes to one home game every year. He is currently in Green Bay tonight for the KC game. Anyway he is going cheap this year and is staying at the Motel 6 only 2.5 miles from Lambeau.

He knows I'm a huge LSU fan and that I want to go to the wisconsin game next year. He just texted me saying the motel 6 was just renovated earlier this year. Every room was gutted and completely remodeled. He says for a motel 6 it's very nice.

Anyways I just booked 2 rooms for fri & sat night for only $116 a night. Figured if there are any deal hunters like myself you might want to take advantage now.

I booked a room at The Ramada which is on the same street as the motel 6 your talking about. I think it's called Ramada Way, but there is about 6 hotels on that street.
It's about 2 miles from Lambeau. There is one hotel closer to the stadium, but not much else is out that way. The stadium is on the other side of the river from "downtown" GB. I tried to find a hotel closer to downtown and farther from the stadium but there was nothing available out there.
My friends and I booked 3 rooms at the ramada. It's not too bad, has a bar and a restaurant, and a few indoor water slides. Lol, every hotel in Wiscy has a water park of some scale.

Yea I looked at that place a couple weeks ago and didn't book it for whatever reason and as of this morning it's all booked. Once my buddy texted me about the motel 6 I jumped on it. Hotel rooms are going very fast for that weekend.

The renovated Motel 6 that the OP is referencing is actually north of the stadium. The strip of hotels where the Ramada is located is south of the stadium. Just an FYI.
