it's his second season as starter, has great WR's, and he wasn't even that bad this year. If LSU doesn't at least make it to a New Years 6 (that's such a gay term btw) I will be pretty shocked.

A bowl win is nice but all it really does it show that beating a really bad team in a big way makes you forget how truly pathetic we were in that 3 week stretch this year. If Cam moving to the sidelines is our big hope on improvement on the offense then we are in trouble.

Tech was atrocious and made us look really good. Jump back in to reality and be prepared for the same ole song and dance next year against the good teams. Nothing will change.

I believe Harris is fundamentally flawed. Not sure he'll get a whole lot better. Can he at least be average? I hope so

I was just hopping on to post the same thing. I also think Brandon will have a very solid 2016. One of the reasons is that Brandon seemed very young and physically, and even mentally immature at times. He's really growing in both of those areas. I expect him to take a big step forward next year. Excited about him.

I believe BH will be better in 2016. How much better I cannot say.

Way to be optimistic. With fans like you, we definitely need new ones

How did I feel about Harris heading into 2015? I felt that he would play well and have some games where he wouls really struggle because he was a first-year starter. I didn't expect that it would be three games in a row. He played better than I expected early on the year and got rattled against Alabama and it had some carryover.

Our total offense ranked #39 in the nation, 437 yds. per game, and 4th in the SEC with a tr. So. getting his 1st starting gig at QB. Bama? 51th, but let's bitch till the cows come home bout our O.

In 04, when the greatest coach ever to walk the sidelines at LSU, in the minds of some, was directing the O along with Jimbo, we ranked 38th in the nation in total O with 396 yds. per game with a Sr. QB.

LSU was one of five youngest offenses in the country this year among P5 teams after being youngest in country last year. Among P5 teams schools, finished 23rd in total offense (10th in yards per play) and had more yards per game than Stanford, Ohio State, FSU, Alabama, and Michigan State.

Can the offense improve? Absolutely. The narrative that the offense is unproductive and inept isn't close to reality.

Agreed! Hopefully, Harris improves along the lines of Mett in 2013 and not JJ in 2010.

Cam? Well, this season will go a long way in my deciding his real value to LSU as a OC/QB coach.

You need to complete more than post patterns with blown coverages... 100 college qb's can do that well

Well Mett's junior year stats were 12 TDs/7 Ints, 2609 yds, 58.8% compl. and a QB rating of 128.3. That's with 2 years of starting JUCO experience and 1 year at LSU. Oh, and with OBJ and Landry at WR.

Harris as a true soph. this year was 13 TDs/6 INTs, 2158 yds, 53.6% compl. and a QB rating of 130.5. Is there anyone that was able to give Harris the YAC that OBJ did?

BH was wildly inconsistent, but his ceiling is very high. Not all true sophomores are able to play at a high level. Were the coaches at the QB camp all wrong when they raved about BH's potential? Getting Cam to come down to the sidelines should help and more consistent attention to the pass game should help as well. I'm willing to give him another spring to show what he can do.
