If we’re only going to attempt about 15 passes per game, why not have a QB built like a truck who can really run? Imagine adding that to our offense. Let’s embrace this pseudo-triple option we’re running.

I know, I know. Backup QB is always the answer at LSU. But maybe this time...

Why burn his redshirt needlessly? Let the man go through an entire year of football healthy and prep him for a completely open competition against Brennan this spring/summer

I totally support his redshirting and also support a two qb system next year. I think the staff got it right with him. The game will slow down for him getting to study and learn this year. Next year...defenses are fricked 6 ways with he and Myles.

I doubt that he has grasped the offense, hence Brennan as backup..Narcisse should be a monster once he grasps it (Brennan too) and can continue to stay healthy.

Not ready.

But prolly could run a short yardage or goal line wildcat+ deal.

He had two ACL surgeries in like a 15 month span.

its best to let him sit a year.

He is going to be a monster in Canada's offense.

That’s what I am saying. The era of redshirts is over. If he is a “monster”, he’s gone in 3 years no matter what. Who was the last great QB to finish a redshirt senior year? I haven’t heard any coaches say he is still hurt. You saw Fla gash us with the Wildcat yesterday? If we’re going to run two QB system, I’d rather put somebody in with dramatically different skills.

The 15 attempts was a result of our injuries on the OL.

The reason does not affect my argument. If we can’t pass, better to have a quarterback who can really run.

Talked to L. Toefield after he went to 1 of the scrimmages and he said Narcisse looked great running the offense. Maybe due to the knee injury they're taking it slow.

For dual threat QBs?

QB play in college does not perfectly align with the NFL,

Did you miss the part where Narcisse had two ACL surgeries in back to back seasons as a high schooler?

The kid is trying not to rush it back and be 100 percent.

Cause he’s built like a truck... with two flat tires.

Did you forgot about the two knee surgeries the kid’s had? One of them less than 12 months ago? Not the kid you want taking shots right now. He needs time to strengthen those knees and then he can run wild on these bitches.

Just wait until Brennan becomes the starter. Narcisse will automatically acheieve All American status with the fanbase

100% correct.... Especially with the o line we have this year. Let them all grow some together as a team. They will be awesome.
