Coaching in the ACC is nothing like coaching in the SEC. 17 and 19 won't cut it here. Steele could be the last nail in Miles' coffin.

There is absolutely no reason to be excited about Mr. Steele's hiring.
It may turn out to be a good hire. However, he is not a PROVEN success as a DC. If LSU is truly "elite", the new DC would be a PROVEN DC with a resume that's much stronger than Coach/ Mr. Steele's.
No disrespect intended at all for Coach Steele. He has hit the jackpot, and now has a golden opportunity to prove to the world that his current resume is an inaccurate reflection of his capability.
