I think Hester plays a major part in the San Diego game with Pittsburg this Sunday in Pitt because of the frozen field. Sproles will not be as effective on this field as he was last weekend.

Pretty safe bet bro. Hester excels in everything he does.

Going to the game tomorrow temp should be 26 at kick off could make for a good old smash mouth football game. I love the way he finishes his runs always trying for the last inch but still think the Stillers will win.

I really like how they use Hester in their offense. He's good for the short, tough yards, but he is also really good coming out of the backfield in the passing game on short routes.

Define major. If rushing and receiving yards, I wouldn't think so. If you are talking about key blocks as a FB or special team plays, he will do a good job as he always does.

I posted on another thread earlier that I thought that Hester was the best blocking back in the NFL...and that he doesn't fumble when he carries. He was the real deal here at LSU, and he is as dependable for San Diago. The guy is a football player!

Oh...and he should get his carries on a messy field tomorrow.

I remember hearing some Charger fans complaining that they drafted him.

Safe to say they look pretty foolish now.

Yea...I think he is not the biggest FB in the game, but he make the block that springs the RB every time. The announcers were even commenting on how he is making key blocks during the Colts game.

I love Jacob, but you Hester myopian's are idiots. I wonder if Mike Karney gets this from the Arizona State boards.

He's a nice NFL player. Let's leave it at that.

I know Hester has made some good blocks this season, but there sure are alot of times he's the lead blocker and doesn't get a hat on anyone.

I like Karney, and the Dallas game was awesome, but I would take Hester over him.

Maybe? The clock is ticking on KW. He still has time but it's time to make a charge.

Hester is a good ballplayer and going to be a great FB but L. Neal for Baltimore is prob the best in the League.

but there is no one that tries harder.

He made key blocks (at least 5) in big plays last week.
