Sucks that these legendary players have to see LSU lose by 30 points on Saturday. They deserve better.

They do. Those guys are part of what made the last 17 years the best collective era of my LSU fanhood. This game reeks of the 99 game.

So many exciting games. So many battles.....
The beat down of Virginia Tech
The trick play against Spurrier
Rallying back to beat Florida and claim the #1 ranking -Hester on 4th down
Losing in Triple OT at Kentucky
The Byrd play against Auburn
Chad Jones' play against Bama
Losing again in Triple OT to Arkansas at home - a great game
The Pick 6 in the SEC Title Game against Tennessee
And lastly, totally destroying Ohio State in the Dome for the National Championship.

Byrd
And on and On. This was the best team of the 2007 season.
