I don't think he has much of a chance. He's our starting back but he isn't our feature offensive weapon as we really don't have just one. He won't get the touches if the ball is gonna be spread around as much as they want it to be. He's a great talent, but you have to have the ball to make Heisman plays, IMO!

McFadden took home first loser twice. That's about all you need to know really. Good season for Scott but no bling.

If your name isn't Tebow, Bradford, or McCoy; you don't get to win the heisman this year.

Who cares! He's going to be a great all-american and a good pro regardless!

The only way would be if we end up being totally dominant(undefeated regular season) and in the NC picture. He would also have to put up some sick stats.

If UF goes undefeated it is definitely going to Tebow.

IMO he will need to run for 2,000+ yards and 25 TD's to get an invite to NYC.

His name isnt Tebow, McCoy, or Bradford.

He will be an All-American, and go pro and hopefully have a very succesful career.

He will need 2000+ yards and 25+ TD's to just get invited, including HUGE games against UF, UGA, Ole Piss, Bama, not just stat padders against Tulane...

If all of the previously stated things happen, and Bradford/McCoy dont have repeat seasons like last year, and we beat UF twice on Scotts back for atleast 150 each game, he has an excellent shot, but realistically, barely any unfortunately.

I dont think we will have another Heisman winner for a bit as we dont promote one player and put soo much hype into a single guy. We are an offense by committee, which I personally love, and it has proven to get our Tigers into the NFL. We can beat you with more than one guy at every position on the field, which is ALOT more than 90% of the teams in CFB can say. Scott, KW, and Murph could start for a great number of teams, Lafell could start on any team in the nation hands down, TT could as well. Frankly im happy we dont have to have a Heisman candidate as it will take more to beat us than to just stop one player. Just my view on things.

Actually I think our best chance of a Heisman would be Shep in 3/4 years at QB playing every snap... Typical rantard statement, but I actually believe he could do it if he pans out to be what we all can see he could be.

when peyton didn't win it- if there was any doubt this award is meaningless and a popularity contest- it was proven then

can you dumbfricks at least wait till there's 10 days left before football starts to start these assinine threads?

I expect this shite during football season, but I'd like my boycott of the Rant to start a little closer to kickoff
