Guy is incredibly smart. He has had some good success recruiting at VCU, but it's hard to say if that's because he's a great recruiter or the increased name recognition of VCU, Every indication is he's a great motivator and the players enjoy playing for him.

By reading your post it sounds like you are trying to ride both sides of the fence so you can claim you are an insider when it breaks one way or the other.
