To go for it on 4th down in our own territory with a minute left in the half only down by 3?

It led to an easy field goal for wisc. The difference in the final score

This is one that I can't really figure out. Except that our punter was likely to kick it about ten yards so who cares

It was incredibly stupid. What is there to discuss?

The mistake was the play call. Everyone knew the play. Everyone.

The bigger part of this is why we can't run LF behind our OL twice and pick up a yard.

If LSU doesn't go for it, then all the fans accuse Miles of being too conservative and not taking enough chances.

It was unbelievably stupid. We weren't going to score even if we made that. All

If we can't get a yard on Wisconsin in two plays we don't deserve to pretend we're a good team.

The play call on both 3rd and 4th down was the issue...why do we toss the ball to a back 4 yards behind the line of scrimmage to pick up one yard? We use to be successful at fullback dives and QB sneaks...this is such a dumb playcall

If you can make 1 yard with 2 plays you SHOULD lose.

THIS!

I was so po'd. A QB sneak on either 3rd or 4th down would have gained 3 yards. Huge hole to the right of center.

It was a senseless call, we get the ball to start the second half. No way you hand them points there. Was very surprised and disappointed Miles did that.

That is exactly why I said F it go for it there.... We had been punting worse that passing to that point if you can believe that.

Both of Les' beloved "Blocking TEs" whiffed on their blocks and left LF to get gang tackled behind the line.

We should have been able to pick it up. The fact we can't should mean we didn't have a chance to win

I'm not buying this. We were in our own territory and we got the ball back after half. I don't think anyone would be upset with punting

I bet LF can punt better than this Aussie.. Then you imagine the defense waiting for him to fake it? That would make everyone come to the line of scrimmage, even the return man.

You see how I fixed our punting woes very quickly... Good Day Mate!!

And fixed our letting long punt returns back. Even if LF shanks it, no return
