No. In fact, there has never been 4 of the top 5 teams in the country from the same conference, let alone the same division.

And those 4 teams are from a grand total of two states that share a border. All of them are only a few hundred miles from each other.

My point in that post was those rankings were in late November. All the West teams play each other over the next few weeks.

Yes, that is true. But it is still historic that the SEC West has achieved this.
