Has Les Miles ever coached on or played for a team that finished undefeated?

Starting from his high school playing days in Ohio, all the way through his coaching days at Michigan, Dallas, Oklahoma State and of course, LSU?

I think he coached OL at Colorado in 1990 when the Buffs went undefeated.

Nevermind. They were 11-1-1.

Was that the 5th down team that split with G Tech? I bet there is still some butthurt over that disgusting officiating.

So was the 1990 Colorado team the closest he has come to being part of an undefeated team with an 11-1-1 record? I know Miles did say that his 2007 LSU team did not lose a game in regulation, since both losses were in 3 OT--to Ark. and Kentucky.
