I was surprised they sent one out plus it addressed everything that is pointed out as being unfavorable in the TS experience as discussed here on TD. Maybe there aren't as many season ticket holders on TD as I imagined with all the opinions expressed.

It's not. I sat in section 412 and watched a 50+ year old couple leave at halftime and when the group of younger girls sitting behind them asked where they were going, the lady just shrugged her shoulders.
I have pics of the student section and west side gold seats with about 10 minutes left in the third showing who left and who stayed.

The big money donators are the ones who leave early, and the students (not last night so much). I buy a parking pass for each game. Random lots. I stay each game until after the alma mater is played. Walking through the lots, they are usually pretty empty. The hayfield, old golf course, levee, and new golf course lots are usually still pretty packed.

With continued success, the place will start returning to Death Vally. It did not get this way overnight but will turnaround much quicker I believe.

For many of those sitting between the 40's TS has become a rich man's cocktail party. Come, be seen, leave. That's been going on for a long time now, way before the mass exodus started 5-6 yrs ago.

I received one and responded to all but the sexual orientation question. I'm 100% straight, but it just pissed me off. They had a big section for comments.

My daughter told me why the students leave. They have been drinking all day and start to get hung over in a long game. thus to avert said problem they leave and go find something to drink.
I don't know what they asked in the survey because I an not a season ticket holder but I hope they had the non-existent cell phone service in the stadium. I like to surd the internet on my phone and keep up with other games and the LSU game stats but that is impossible in TS. I tried all night last night to get a usable internet page and failed until I left the stadium (after alma mater...).

The other reason the students leave early is that they have to get there 3 hours early to get a seat. No reserved seats and more students than seats.
