This is his first year starting and if we make a good OC hire he could make a big jump in year 2. He showed flashes this year before he lost his confidence down the stretch. We need to finally have a qb with experience instead of always staying young at the position

Change the OC AGAIN? For what? Its just fricking up everything again. Just keep the same shite. He's not going to hire the person that will overhaul it completely, so might as well stop wasting the resources.

If you expect him to go out and hire a spread guy or anyone remotely close to the spread, then you're mistaken. His new OC hire will be like all the rest.

He doesn't hire up and coming young guys because they dont fit his style...because its OUTDATED.
