Coaching against AL, AU,FL, AR vs against Wake,,Duke, NC,VA. For marginally more cash and minimal security? Pretty unlikely move. I doubt Jimbo will seriously consider it for 50 mill.

all the pumpers are going to be so mad when jimbo is announced

Pumpers are usually pretty happy. It's the nega's that will have to come up with new ways to tear down the new coach. It happened with Saban, it happened with Miles and it will happen with Jimbo if he is next up.

This is just now news???? A 15 million buyout for Miles, 5 million for Jimbo and you have to make it worth Jimbo's time to come to LSU. How did anyone think this is possible?

In regards to the money offer that needs to be thrown at Jimbo--remember there is no state income tax in Florida and his agent will make us pony up the difference--IF it ever gets to that stage.

What kind of confirmation are u looking for? A couple other posters are putting out the same info I have heard, he is looking to get out mainly b/c of personal reasons and LSU is one of the places he would like to land. This info comes from his side of the fence.

This says nothing about LSU's interest in him, just the fact that he would be interested if we called.

You're delusional. Plus, until the ink drys, the boosters haven't even put up the 15 mil. Things can change quick when you put a pen in a mans hand.

First sign? Are you serious? The first sign was blowing a 21-0 lead to Tenn in 2005 was it...

Les Miles has had the greatest career while coaching in school history. If thats what you walked out saying that night, you were right. If it isn't, you were wrong.
