Some great games live on in Tiger lore more than others (Florida 2007-Georgia 2003-Florida 1997-BAMA 2010) and some great games are not talked about as much. What are some of your favorite games that aren't necessarily high up in LSU lore? For me, 2012 vs. South Carolina is up there. As well as Ole Miss 2006.

LSU v Auburn 1969 but most of you weren't born. Jimmy Gilbert with the halfback pass for a TD on the first play of the game. George Beven blocking an Aubie extra point. Tigers win 21-20. Then we get screwed by Notre Dame.

@ UF in 2002- LSU up 4 TDs to start 4th quarter and seeing the Swamp be completely empty on national TV... of course, Saban never pulled Mauck and he got hurt and killed the 02 season

1907 when LSU went to Havana Cuba and totally skullfricked them in the Bacardi bowl. That boat trip out there was lit as frick

That was a bad Ole Miss team that nearly upset a good LSU team.

That game was fricking infuriating

That's like the only win that year LSU looked like garbage. Dropping that game would have probably lead to a similar meltdown as Florida this year

Yeah, 2011 and 2016 are the only games recently that come to mind where it wasn't close.

2008 Troy because the stadium emptied out and I got to move down from the top of the nosebleeds down to the first row down in the bowl on LSU's side after halftime. It was freezing up there.

1960 – LSU fought Ole Miss to a 6–6 tie which was the Johnny Rebs only blemish (9–0–1) en route to a 1960 national title and were awarded the Grantland Rice Trophy by the Football Writers Association of America.

LSU kept Ole Miss from having a Perfect Season in 1960. The next year 1961 LSU went 10-1 only losing to Rice in the Opening Game. Some people say LSU missed a chance to win 4 NC's in a row.

LSU's 1st offensive play of the game. Auburn received and had the first offensive set of downs.
