I like him, but his decision making skills are gonna cost us wins.

Taking a 35 ppg scorer and making him a distributor will rarely go smoothly.

I think he's a good college player

I do think that in two years, Patterson will be a better point guard

Gray should not play Pt guard unless its to give QT a rest. The Pt is so bad that I think Martin feels he needs to get ball away from basket and play guard instead of posting up.

This team is a point guard away from being really good.

you and me are better pt guards than gray because we know we can't drive in on 2 guys that are 6'8"

eliminate some of those turnovers and we're up 15+ at halftime.

I fel like the team might be better with Quarterman running the point, Patterson coming off the bench for him. Hornsby playing the 2 and Gray coming off the bench for him.

Gray sees things that nobody else on the team does and he has a lot of "unexpected" passes. This is why he has so many turnovers.

Gray will be OK...yes he can get into trouble and turn it over, but it isn't lack of effort. Still learning his role.

Does LSU have an offensive game plan besides taking freak shots from outside? Why other teams get close to LSU basket so easily but we can't get even in the paint?

And eliminate the baskets gray created and it's probably tied. He makes too many turnovers but his ability to drive is something no one else has.

He played well overall that half.
Martin was really bad. Not sure why gray gets singled out

He's not taking as many shots as he used to. His team play is getting better. Wish he would hold the ball on fast breaks when it's just him against 2 or 3 defenders. That does cost us, because more often than not, he misses, or turns it over

People react way too damn quickly. He's had a few TO's but also has 5 rebounds and 4 assists. So you're gonna tell me when he finishes the game with 8 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds he had a bad game?

The offense has been pretty solid for the most part, these freak shots ur talking about are what? It's not exactly like we're taking contested threes every time it's hard to play 4 on 5 with the defense already set up, Malone can be wide open and won't get a touch bc he's not confident so thus it's 4 on 5 when he's in the game. That's why the offense stumbles sometimes.
