while he played a large part, Jones is the reason we lost this.... kept Gray in the game, and kept letting his team shot 3's only 10 seconds into the shot clock...

Gray hasn't been the same since his early season injury. Gotta get him out of there, or at least slash his minutes.

I disagree. There were a lot of factors. But he didn't.

Every shot we took in that last 7 minutes was contested. Blame Mickey and Martin for not making a few put backs or layups as much as Gray. Ultimately, Coach Jones didn't coach well enough in this game to recognize the flow and to do something about it either on the offensive end or defensive end.

Driving in that deep into the trees before attempting the kickout to the wing for that final TO..

Nobody said this when he drove and kicked to hornsby sending the mizzou game to OT or taking it to the hoop to win the WVU game...just saying, the knife cuts both ways

For someone who has played as much basketball as he has, his court awareness is not very good. He gets too deep and dribbles himself into trouble. When players collapse he is not very good at finding the open man and often takes forced shots or simply throws the ball away.

He's way too short and has too short of stems to drag himself into the chests of two collapsing defenders on that play..

It's happened many times before also.

This team lacks NCAA Tourney grade Hoops IQ and Fundamentals.

Wasn't Gray benched for Patterson at the end?

Gray is also the reason LSU had the double digit lead in the second half...his play going forward will determine how far this team can go.

They guy was obviously being sarcastic. Peopele who say he's been so terrible...he was bad against Mizzou, but 6 assists and 2 to's against Uga, 10 and 2 against Ole Miss. He finished with 9 pts, 7 rebs, 5 asts, 2 stls. He had several costly turnovers I'll admit it, but he is crucial to the team. TQ has played great games, but when Gray is playing like he can we are almost unbeatable. He just hasn't put it all together

I agree with that.
So far we will have to admit that he has been a difference maker.
