Silky's. They have more than one TV. They actually have a bunch but they're small but if you get a good spot at the bar, you're golden.

Yeah, be careful. On our trip to Memphis/Oxford, more than a few people told us to steer clear of Beale, especially as it gets later. Check out the area around the University of Memphis. That might offer some better choices.

We went there for the 2011 SEC Championship game. They projected it on the wall.

You're getting some outdated advice buddy. Platinum plus closed years ago. Beale used to be dangerous but is policed heavily now (as a few posters noted). I don't know of any truly good places to watch the game on Beale street. If you insist on being downtown and nearby - hit Local or Bardog.

The best place to go out in Memphis right now is Midtown - I would strongly suggest Local Midtown to watch the game (tons of TV's with nice couch seating). Then afterwards take a cab downtown to Bardog and cap off your night at Raifords. If you're still standing - make some truly unfortunate late night decisions at 152 on Beale street. Enjoy.

Head over to Randevous for lunch. Grab a slab of ribs then cruise down to Oxford for the game

Blues City Cafe is a decent bet - especially if you're hungry.
