And show him respect. Yes shake up asst coaches. Peveto. All of us need to stop whining. We are making the University look bad, not Les and the players.

I've never said this but I agree with Finebaum. Les is too stubborn to take his hands off. It's not who he is. It's impossible for him to.

So you want to show Les respect, but want to shake up the staff?
Where's the respect for the asst. coaches that you have for Les? Those coaches work just as hard maybe harder than Les. Are they less worthy of your respect?
The staff as a whole has underachieved, but THE BUCK STOPS AT THE TOP. That's why Les makes the money he does.

key word(s) there being "right now". I've heard that shite before only to see recruits end up elsewhere. Moreover, what good does it do to take all these top recruits and put them in a system that has proven not to develop them, maximize their talent(s), or have an offense/defense to utilize them? Cut ties now and move on, or we'll be sitting here in two years wondering how we can suck so bad with all the talent we have.

Les is a great ambassador for LSU and Louisiana. I have truly enjoyed his time here at LSU. I will be sad to see him go, but it's time. Don't delay the inevitable with another mediocre to bad hire where LSU falls further behind.

South Carolina agreed to one more year with Spurrier, it was a recruiting disaster!
