Who still thinks he was terrible? Only one man has been constant. Miles always messed Crowton's play calling just like he did Jimbo's and whatever is going on now I'm not sure but he's involved. All that being said he keeps winning, and no matter how it drives everyone crazy he could win with his offense this weekend and the rest of the season. It could just be way better if he'd just get out of the way. Would take any doubt away for most games because the defense is legit.

He took maybe the most promising freshman QB in America and ruined him in one year. Fired from Maryland. He is a bad coach.

He couldn't develop a QB to save his life and he constantly changed players. Yes, he was terrible. Not to say miles didn't make him look worse. But yes he's terrible.

He WAS good at one point in his career, but that was 15 years ago when what he was doing was something revolutionary.

Crowton's offense never really evolved after about 1997.

Gary was awful toward the end of almost every coaching stint in his career. This offense is just not executing, plain and simple. Gary consitently failed to produce despite moderate to meaningful execution. He was given Danny O'Brien at Maryland, who was the freshman of the year in the ACC. One year later, Gary was looking for Canada jobs and O'Brien's career was basically over and ruined.

Yeah O'Brien looked like the real deal before Crowton arrived.

Nothing like the name Crowton to get it stirred up.

Hey he ran Les Miles ofense. The Same Les Miles offense Fisher ran.

Except with different formations. And different plays.

and different play calls. BUT IT WAS ALL MILES. That why we are runnign the same system now that Crowton is gone

Except with different formations, And plays.
