I like the ND series but we need to play better teams in the first 4 weeks. I say a Big 12 team like Texas or Oklahoma State, and a west coast team like UC Irvine or Fullerton again

you are correct on both counts. but shitting the bed is due to in part of not facing quality pitching during the season. Can a team from a division select the teams it wants to play during the year from the other division?

The way we handled our "third starter" from the middle of SEC play onward was so fricking stupid.
We should've let Godfrey or Bain work through their shite instead of just bailing on both of them. To make matters worse, we then rely on our pen less and less as the season went on and then trot them out in a do or die game.
No shite they got rocked.

Whatever team you wanted to replace Princeton with wasn't going to be much better pitching than what LSU faced in the SEC.

Of course. With that said, one decent series a year isn't much to ask for. Instead of the fordhams and sacramento st.....schedule series with teams like Houston, Southern Miss, Dallas Baptist, Rice, Oklahoma, Florida Atlantic.
Teams that can actually play baseball in February and March.

Yeah, I really doubt the lack of competition in February affected them in June. Especially when in between they went up against some good pitchers.

I have no problem with that, but it's not like I think playing those teams in Feb gives us some kind of edge come June... I just want LSU to schedule those teams because it's always fun to see a decent opponent at the box.
