He just went 5-7 in the midst of a mid 30's recruiting class with the ncaa breathing down his neck. And Ole Miss STILL wants this guy. Could you imagine how fast we'd be calling for O's head if he ever goes 5-7. I just don't get that bunch.

They haven't been relevant in football since the late 60s. That should explain some things.

Look at this fantastic post from their board.

Exactly, I'll just go to the Grove like I used to, get shite housed, win the fricking party, and wake up the next day from my blackout and ask "How much did we lose by?". My anxiety levels will go way down in the fall and I can enjoy it without stressing out over losses. This is the Ole Miss I grew up loving. Maybe by the time my son gets their (he's 2), we will have some hope and be competitive again....if college football as we know it is even around.

Beating Bama two years in a row buys time, as well as beating LSU 2 out of last 4.

Imagine how great it'll be watching O, one of the worst HC in Ole Miss history, stomp a mudhole in them years in a row.

Now picture O winning an SEC title. Would be glorious.

Freeze will be a fantastic addition to O's shadow staff.

This right here. I think they wait to hear what the NCAA hits them with before they make a move. Their best bet is to probably hold onto Freeze for at least next year and see how much damage will be done to the program from the sanctions, and then bring someone on at the back end of the sanctions to build the program back up.

The Rant will be calling for Coach O's head the minute we go three and out for the first time.

unless the NCAA nails him with a "show cause".
then, his college coaching career may be over

I believe he misspelled "there". "There" would refer to Ole Miss.
