"Billy Baggett was a great man and a tremendous supporter of LSU," Tigers Athletic Director Joe Alleva said in a release issued by LSU sports information. "He was one of the great players of his generation and he was passionate about LSU football. Billy was just as supportive to academics and the LSU Law School. He loved LSU. He's going to be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family."
All of this is truth. RIP. Prayers to the Baggett family.

Me and my wife were looking for 2 tickets outside of Alex Box for the regionals 2 years ago and Mr. Baggett and his wife invited us up to his suit and re-invited for the Supers against Oklahoma and were invited back last season as well. Loved listening to his stories and his wife was a pleasure to talk to as well.
R.I.P. Mr. Baggett!
