Folks that want to blame the players

You do realize that Les and his coaching staff get to pick and choose which high school players to recruit, and ultimately sign, right?
So, for example, if you think our QBs aren't very good, then do you think it's a fair question to ask the coaches why they signed them? Is it a talent evaluation problem? If so, isn't that on the coach?
Personally, I don't believe that LSU just has rotten luck recruiting good QBs; rather, I think LSU recruits QBs not suited for its system, and/or, doesnt' develop its QBs (the proverbial "coach them up.")

Maybe they recruit QB's that don't fit the program or they don't develop the QBs so they have an excuse to run, run, run the ball. Personally I think other schools would have been able to get a lot more out of the QBs we've recruited.
