1. Reschedule Georgia - Florida to Oct. 22. To compensate Georgia, the game will be played in Athens. Georgia currently only has 3 SEC home games this season.

2. LSU /Florida - Play on Oct. 29 in Jacksonville. Since the stadium is already booked for Cocktail party. Game benefit proceeds go to Hurricane Matthew. Florida will have still have a home field advantage

3. Florida can still collect their insurance money on losing the LSU home game.

LSU will be a pawn in the goal to get UF and Bama to the SECCG.

I don't know how much more obvious this can get.

LSU better not lose a home game to play Florida. That's all I want to sec to be fricked and discredited.

UFORFEIT would not go for this since they'd go from losing one home game to two, net effect.

If we had a Commish with any power, maybe I could see it.

dec. 3rd. they need to move the seccg back one week. now.......it's really gonna suck if we have no chance to make the seccg and still have to play in that game but, at least it will have meaning as it will determine a better bowl bid perhaps.

the rest of the country will be pissed cuz they will have to wait an extra week to see who makes the playoffs though.

While we are jumping through all these hoops, let's set the rosters as they would have been Oct 8 - we sit LF and 2 OL and they sit 4 DL and their QB for a half - names that were going to be out were documented. Shouldn't matter to UF since they were only concerned about safety in the hurricane....

I think Georgia fans shouldn't get screwed and that Florida should be forced to forfeit.

How tomorrow is not the best option I will never understand. It involves no other teams and doesn't affect bye weeks.

It's by far the simplest solution but nobody is taking about it.

The other conference teams should not have to rearrange their schedule due to FU being pussies: not Georgia, not A&M, not LSU, not South Alabama, not Presbyterian. The only team who didn't cooperate was FU.

The ONLY way LSU should even consider it on the 19th is for the conference or FU paying the payouts, move the game to Baton Rouge with LSU keeping the game in '17 in BR. If Sankey believes in 'family', then punish the cousin who didn't play nice. Other than that, LSU can tell them to pound sand. Maybe the conference should send a message to members who don't look out for the interest of the conference and try to play - make them forfeit. TWO of their members are playing today and they worked it out - not take their toy and go home saying 'it's my way or no way'.

Other schools and conferences in Florida figured it out. The SEC and UF refused to. They can both kiss our purple and gold butts.

Make it simple. Florida forfeits. Everyone is happy.
