Besides Alabama of course, these 2 contests are the ones I am most concerned over.

Florida will be coming off a BCS win next season with a number of returning starters. Save 2011, they are no pushovers when they visit Tiger Stadium.

Ole Miss. An improved Rebel squad is sure to give us fits. We were hammered by them in 2008 and completely dominated in every facet in their narrow over us. A squad with a losing record took our very good 2010 team down to the last 1:30 of the game.

Save a complete Ole Miss collapse next season I don't see whey they would not be Verne/Gary 2:30 matchups.

They will lose Gillislee and most of their secondary. Luck usually follows you for one year. They will be tough, but we should win that game.

It's the SEC, you should be worried abnout every game. It's the best league with the best coaches in the country.

Think we only may lose our starting safeties. Believe both CBs come back and we should be set again to have one of the best defensive backfields in the nation. Certainly the best if Elam comes back.

If we lose Floyd off the d-line I am more worried about DTs (especially against what should be a loaded SEC RB stable across the board) but there still is a slim chance he and Elam come back so I'm keeping fingers crossed.

But either way I look forward to a good game!

I expect we will be the co-favorite to win the SEC West next year with Bama.

However, until we get a change in the rules for determining divisional championships, LSU and Florida will be at an unfair disadvantage in winning SEC divisional crowns.

Miles keeps campaigning to change the rule that counts non-divisional games the same as divisional games for determining divisional crowns, but the powers that be continue to ignore him.
