On CFB Playbook, Tubberville just said Bama was the best team in the Nov 5 game but couldn't kick a field goal to save them.
I can understand some idiot at at ESPN with an agenda spouting that garbage, but not a guy that has made millions coaching college football.
Yes, I am overly sensitive on the subject. Am I giving a guy like that too much credit assuming he can actually evaluate game? How can he miss the job that LSU's defense did to put them in those long field goal situations? How could he miss the choke job by Saban to not play field position??

What I don't understand is that LSU got inside Bama's 5 twice and Bama never got inside LSU's 15. Ford got a td -minus his toe OOB.

Don't forget that this is the same guy that lined up for a 52 yard field goal, into the wind, after his own kicker had missed 3 field goals already that night in Tiger Stadium.

who cares what that doucher or espn think...everyone has seen the first game, both teams have great Ds it will probably be another close game, but I am confident we can win AGAIN.

I've learned a lot this season, for example, I always thought that special teams were a part of the actual team, and must be taken into account when evaluating the team.
Maybe Tubby is having flashbacks of the "doink" game.
