2014 was great because they were still undefeated and under some kind of delusion they were going to the title game.

Yep... and I called AT LEAST 3 season losses for them before our game multiple times here. They finished with 4 losses.

2003 was the best time I've ever had at a SEC game. Even when Saban went to Alabama, the atmosphere before, during, and after those games doesn't compare to 2003 Ole Miss-LSU. It was such a unique moment.

My favorite play from that game was watching metsiah and his 5.9 40 speed rumble 25 yards on a bootleg to set up that goal line kneel.

Check the film... Mett actually scored on that play. IIRC, Miles was in no mood to challenge it, since he was pretty pissed that Mett ad-libbed the play.

Making Eli trip in 03 is one of my all time fav LSU wins... We broke them so bad they hung a banner for a championship they didn't win...

But the mercy knee was just beautiful... I laughed... I cried... Mainly bc I was laughing so hard

Any win over Ole Miss is great .

The CORRECT answer.

Rebel/Black Bear/Landshark tears are near sweet as Louisiana cane sugar. And they are both in season now.

And he scored on that play. Les pleaded with the officials not to review it, because Mett was supposed to hand off up the middle.

All these were great wins. For us a little older, the 1971 Game when the Tigers routed the Rebels and Archie Manning, 61-17.

This came after the Rebels had won close games the previous two years.

Yep, Archie was a senior and had seeming beaten us singlehandly the past couple of years. As I remember he had a broken arm and played the game (and others that year) in a cast. I think Casanova had two punt returns for touchdowns in the game (and I believe the game was actually in 1970).

This may be one of my favorite plays vs Ole Miss.

The toss by hilliard at the end was just hilariously awesome.

Forgot about the Hilliard throw.

2003 had the most on the line, but 2011 was hilarious. In some way, if we hadn't destroyed them like that in 2011 I wonder if 2013 would have turned out differently on our next return trip there.

HIlliard tossing a human being 10 yards out of bounds is without question one of my favorite LSU moments ever.

Last year's Fournette performance was one for the ages. At one point, wasn't he over 200yds and 3TDs on 6 carries?

I’m remembering a big win at Tiger Stadium in Archie's senior year - 1971.

Me too. That was a great night.

I could be wrong, but pretty sure Ole Miss blocked a PAT to send it into overtime. That was the typical Jamarcus game it seemed like. He flipped the switch once our backs were against the wall.
