Like it or not, Les Miles is ultimately responsible for the team's success or lack thereof. Even if it's assistance coaches, he's responsible for getting new ones if they're not capable.

The best leadership comes from within, meaning the young men on this team need to step up and be accountable to each other and play for each other.

Like it or not; it's true. So it doesn't matter who said it. I am pretty sure hitler told His momma he loved her once......so again; who cares who said it.

The team takes on the personality of the coach.

The coach recruits and is responsible for developing the talent.

Other coaches are passing him by. We are LSU.

Dr. Lee Roberson, pastor of Highland Park Baptist Church and founder of Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN. John C. Maxwell is an author and speaker who often teaches on leaderhsip. He clearly copied the saying from Dr. Roberson who preceded him by a number of years.

A team is only as good as it's leader. Jennings isn't a leader and the entire offensive scheme just needs to be thrown away. It's pretty sad that nearly everyone I talk to about football thinks miles is an idiot and after this season I think I'm starting to agree
