On the wildcat TD run by LF7 did it look like he moved just before the ball was snapped to anyone else?

Yes. This was discussed during the broadcast

We moved on another big 3rd down conversion later on and it wasn't called too....

Just to clarify, is it a foul if no one else is in motion and the snap isn't being simulated by the QB to intentionally draw the D offsides? If not, then maybe the ref just considering him to be legally in motion. In the case of the play I recall, LF was moving laterally.
Or the refs blew it. It is the SEC, after all. They sure as hell couldn't bring themselves to call PI or holding on anyone in blue last night.

Someone help me. If Fournette is lined up as the QB, why can't he move in the backfield? I've seen trick plays where the QB acts confused and starts walking to the sideline when the ball is snapped to someone else in the backfield.
