so does it look like gold will be our starting lineup?
Posted on 10/20/15 at 7:41 pm to ScubaTiger
This definitely helps our team's batting average and hopefully hitters' confidence, but wow, May got shelled.
K-Rob is news to me. Hopefully nothing too serious. Norman's been out for a while, any word on him?

Too early to say on several players, IMO. This is the line up with most of the veteran players except for the two Jordans and Robertson.

They tee'd off on Ryan May, nothing to really take from that because Ryan May pretty much always gets destroyed.

Still No productivity from Ducote, waiting Geaux Tigers

I'm shocked he's still on the roster. I figured he made it last year because they had an extra spot with the late departures. Is he actually expected to make the team again this year? He's nothing more than batting practice.

Krob was hanging out in shorts and sneakers; Nothing obvious wrong that I could see.
I don't have any new info on Norman other than he was sitting with the other pitchers behind the screen for awhile.

Yeah, we had extra room last year, so May made it as a walk-on, but barely played. We still have to cut 2 for the final roster this year, and I'd think May and Forshag would be the first to go.

It looks pretty accurate for the most part. That's probably a good feel for our line up to start the year

Ole Bugg getting it thoug!

Breaux looks like he is hitting the ball well.Hows he playing in the outfield?
Posted on 10/20/15 at 8:07 pm to ScubaTiger
Reynolds, and May must be terrible for that bunch to get that many hits in 4 innings. They don't have that many hits if you'd combine the hits in all the scrimmages so far this fall.

I realize I'm late to the party, but is Laird related to Mark? Thanks

Breaux's bat has gotten better lately. Cannizaro has been really encouraging him to be aggressive on the bases, with good results.
His play in the outfield has been good, no errors playing mostly RF.
