Found this screenshot from Saturday Down South and reminded me of the old helmets that players use to wear in the NFL.

Those are used for players with a history of concussions. Had a guy in high school wear one.

Actually, it has a cooling gel matrix and is plugged in to a chilling system between series. Lowers core body temp a full 1.5 degrees.
