Hates the idea of CLM getting canned.

Think about it

People love Miles though.. and Saban is not likable.. Plus the more championships you win the less people like you.

Side note-

I was looking through all the students and past players of other sports at LSU's twitter.. and the support for Miles is immense.. They adore his character. From Alex Bregman & Lange to Ben McDonald to Shaq to so many others..

I don't know. I just want LSU to be a power program again. I know LSU can do better.

I wish Saban would do us all a favor and gtfo.. make it a little more even playing field for the rest. He really has it easy, recruits the best players period.. the best thing you can do is match that recruiting. I don't know what impact this crap will have on recruiting but LSU was putting together one of it's most elite recruiting classes at positions of need.

Back to Saban.. What more do you want to accomplish at one university.. He's said before he enjoys building programs back up rather than maintaining.. why won't he go build a 3rd program up.. go for the trifecta..

Back to Miles though, I still think something isn't quite right with his health..

Retiring =/= being left hanging for two weeks while boosters and your AD conspire behind your back. If the same thing occurred at Alabama, they would be getting just as much criticism.

Miles legitimately deserves scrutiny. He has some well known deficiencies in his coaching repertoire. He needs to have a sit down with the powers that be and discuss his plans for rectifying the situation. He has earned the chance to try to right the ship. He deserves that much. But he does not deserve to be shitcanned. Not at this point. And he doesn't deserve to have his administration and boosters conniving against him.

The TAF boosters behind this have a lot of money, but they aren't very bright, and they have no integrity. They've been exposed for what they are, and it's their own fault.

He could have tried to right the ship this year, instead he was stubborn and got embarrassed 3 weeks in a row.

Were they not going to pay his buyout according to contract?

How about CLM integrity when flirting with Michigan and
Arkansas.

Nothing wrong with wanting another job, nor another coach.

Every single fan of other SEC teams that I know (and quite a few non-SEC teams) have been either laughing their asses off at us for getting rid of Miles or calling/texting me to find out if all the hype was a joke or not, since they could not believe we'd actually pay $15 million to fire the winningest coach in the SEC (UF fan's words). They were PRAYING for LSU to fire him.

He was never going to Michigan, no matter how bad you wanna think he was. The media didn't screw anything up. If he wanted to go, he would've gone and nobody would've batted an eye bc it's his alma mater.

He never did anything more with Arkansas than hear what they had to say out of respect for a friend. That was it. Miles was forthcoming with that. Never snuck around and did things behind his administration's back and never showed a lack of class.
