As long as Jan. 9 stays competitive, LSU is already half a national champion.

The rematch is nothing more than a dirty money grab. We were the best team in 2011, and everyone knows it.

What's going to happen win a 2 or 3 loss team gets a rematch with an undefeated team? Are we going to award the 2 loss team the NC? Its a scam. I realized it watching ESPN/ABC last week.

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- One controversial vote is over. Oklahoma State can understandably be frustrated by the BCS, but the two best teams are probably playing in New Orleans on Jan. 9.

However, be mindful about gloating, Alabama fans. One month from now, you could be on the other end of a controversial vote if Alabama wins the mother of all rematches.

Alabama wins the BCS title. LSU wins the Associated Press title.

If every game counts, LSU should already be a national champion

Alabama would have split a home-and-home series with LSU.

NOT. We do have a playoff. But only two teams get to play in it. This year it will be Alabama and LSU... the winner is the national champion regardless of what happened earlier in the season. Its playoff time again and this year only Alabama and LSU get to participate.
